Teach Locha (Lake House) is a recently built, fully equipped house in a breathtaking setting on the Atlantic coast of Connemara. Situated outside the village of Ballyconneely between the towns of Clifden and Roundstone, a few hundred yards from the famous White Coral Strand beach, and at the foot of The Twelve Bens mountain range. Directions to The Teach Locha From Galway City take the N59 to Clifden About 1 1/2 hours) From Clifden follow signs to Ballyconneely (About 5 miles / 20 minutes) When you see the Coral Strand on the right, (White beach) look to the left, and you will see a sign for the Ballafada Road. Turn left up the Ballafada Road. About 200 yards on the right hand side you will see a white house down a lane with a stone porch and a sunroom to the left . You are here!
